Returns & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Rose International Traders: There may be certain orders that Rose International Traders is unable to accept and must cancel. Rose International Traders reserves the right, at Rose International Traders 's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Rose International Traders 's credit and fraud avoidance department. Rose International Traders may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Rose International Traders will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Rose International Traders .

 

Rose International Traders also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Invalid Order' as determined by Rose International Traders as per certain criteria. Any Rose International Traders Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Invalid Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

a.    Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale

b.    Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address

c.    Bulk quantity of the same product ordered

d.    Invalid address given in order details

e.    Any malpractice used to place the order

Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Rose International Traders reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Rose International Traders receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Rose International Traders , Rose International Traders shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Rose International Traders will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Rose International Traders has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Rose International Traders and accept Rose International Traders 's decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Rose International Traders has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers. We do not release your payment to the seller till the products are received by you and you are happy with it. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.

 

Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Rose International Traders within 24 hours. The return process of the product may be restricted by Rose International Traders depending on the nature and category of the product. For more detailed information refer to the FAQ section below.

Our "Complete Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

 

è·¯         Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.

è·¯         Products not as per description/photo on the website.

è·¯         Products which you may not like for quality, color and design related issues.

 

All the products must be returned in the original condition (unused) they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your dispute within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery may not be entertained by Rose International Traders /Sellers. Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products and bulky items like furniture/statues/paintings/temples (mandir) cannot be returned. Custom made products cannot be returned.

 

Raising a Return or Refund Request

You need to register your dispute in either of the two ways:

 

1.    By sending email to needhelp@roseinternationaltraders.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your request with relevant seller. Please mention your order number in the email.

2.    To register return request directly with Rose International Traders , please follow below mentioned easy process:

 

 

  1. Go to your customer account and sign in when prompted.
  2. Click the "My Account link" at the top of the site and sign in when prompted.
  3. Go to "My Orders" on the left panel and Click "View your Order history"
  4. Select the order that you wish to return
  5. On the Order Page, Click the red colored "return" button next to the Pricing information of the product. You will get redirected to the "return" form
  6. Fill out the return form and click on submit
  7. Rose International Traders Team will get in touch with you for any additional information or verification required
  8. If you are not registered on roseinternationaltraders.com, you can register by clicking the "Register" link on the top of website and then file the dispute or you can send email to needhelp@roseinternationaltraders.com

After Rose International Traders reviews your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow 3 business days for Rose International Traders to address the issue and provide instructions for your return/ resolution. If Rose International Traders/the seller does not respond even after 3 business days, or if your issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can submit the dispute by sending email to needhelp@roseinternationaltraders.com and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.

 

Delivery charges for Returning the product

When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller's part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the Rose International Traders products for next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.

 

The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 working days of refund.

 

Resolution of Return or Refund request

 

We can refund you when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address. Remember that items have to be returned to sellers directly by you

In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Rose International Traders , the value of such product, as originally paid by You during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Rose International Traders or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide You with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:

 

 

1.    Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by Rose International Traders ;

2.    For Cash on Delivery payments, You will be provided with a refund cheque.

3.    If the product can be repaired by the service centre, Rose International Traders would get the same repaired and send it back to You.

 

 

 

A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or Rose International Traders
